如何取得基礎研究共同儀器中心儀器使用權限
(How to Obtain Basic Research Core Instrument Access Permissions)

【對象限制：本中心僅限國立臺灣大學（含附設醫院）教職員及學生使用】
【Eligibility: Access is restricted to NTU (including NTUH) faculty, staff, and students only.】

欲取得儀器自行操作權限，請依循以下步驟辦理：
Please follow the steps below to obtain permission for independent instrument operation:
 

1. 請先註冊系統會員(Register as a Member)：
   請先至本網站「會員中心」完成帳號註冊。
   (Please complete your account registration in the "Member Center" on this website first.)
2. 參與教育訓練與考核(Complete Training & Assessment)：
   本頁面下方列出各項儀器之培訓與資格條件。未完成教育訓練並通過考核者，一律不得自行操作儀器。
   (The training prerequisites and qualification requirements for each instrument are listed below. Users who have not completed the training and passed the assessment are strictly prohibited from operating the instruments independently.)
3. 提交門禁申請(Submit Access Control Form)：
   通過考核後，請填妥「門禁申請表」並送交管理單位。
   (After passing the assessment, please fill out and submit the "Access Control Application Form" to the administration office.)
4. 開通權限(Account Activation)：
   管理單位確認文件無誤後，將為您開通「線上預約系統帳號」與「實驗室門禁權限」。
   (Upon verification of your documents, the administrator will activate your "Online Reservation Account" and grant "Laboratory Access Privileges.")
